Through PPID, people can access information that includes:

  • Periodic information
  • Information at any time
  • Information immediately
  • Excluded information (with special conditions)

You can apply for public information by:

  1. Visit the official PPID website.
  2. Fill out the Information Request Form online or come directly to the PPID office.
  3. Attach personal identity (KTP/SIM/other identity).
  4. Waiting for confirmation and follow-up from PPID officers.

In general, filing a public information request is free of charge. However, if you need a physical copy of the document, you may be charged according to the cost of duplicating the document.

The completion time for Public Information requests is 10 business days after the application is received. If required, PPID can extend the time for 7 working days with written notice to the applicant.
